Navigating the Countryside - Creating an effective route map

CILT UK’s Rural Policy group are holding a session to bring together different groups to discuss some of the shared challenges of achieving a great level of service for rural areas that is efficient and supports sustainable transport facilities which truly meet specific local requirements.

The session includes speakers from CILT’s Rural Policy Group as well as Sharon Payne from Transport East and Callum Reddington from Transport for the North, two of the prominent subnational transport bodies who are putting effort into better understanding how to support rural areas.  The event will also allow for time to discuss some of the solutions organisations are working on to help step up to the challenges.

This event is open to all, and will focus on the solutions that will help shape the future rural transport agenda.
