Britannia College Of Excellence offers all the postgraduate courses on a full time basis. Postgraduate degrees involve a total of 180 credits whereas postgraduate diplomas involve a total of 140 credits. The classroom study involves a total of 140 credits and a dissertation submitted in the final semester with a total of 40 credits.

1.M.Sc. IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (MHRM):

Course Requirement :

  • Students bearing a graduate degree in the related field from a U.K university or any EU university with a valid standard of English level will be given admission in Post Graduate programs.
  • However, the overseas students without a relevant degree and experience must undergo a Masters Qualifying Program.
  • The College however reserves the right to grant the admission to a genuine degree holder from overseas with a relevant experience.
  • The College also reserves the right to decline an admission if it does not feel the candidate to be suitable for that particular program.

Aim of the Course :

This degree provides a strong academic framework to understand how organizations operate, and insight into the psychology and behaviour of people at work.

2. Masters in Business Administration (MBA):

This degree of Financial Management focuses on the principles and techniques needed at various levels of management in commercial banks, investment banks, fund management institutions or corporate treasurers' departments. After your qualifications your study ranges from the analysis of the macroeconomic environment of financial operations to the principles of portfolio management in equity and derivatives markets.

4. MASTERS QUALIFYING PROGRAM (MQP):

  • The MQP is a unique academic course which offers you a graduate level qualification needed to progress onto a Masters degree as well as the English language skills required achieving a level of IELTS 6.5 or more. The course focuses on IELTS English as well as the study skills and the vocabulary needed for studying a Masters level Program.
  • The MQP is designed for international students who hold a three-year college diploma or appropriate equivalent and a level of English equal to IELTS 5.5 and wish to study on a business related Masters level program required by British University requiring these qualifications for Masters Entry.
  • Students will be studying various modules between September-June or January-September, three modules in Part 1 and three in Part 2. All the students must pass every module to progress onto their degree program.

  3. Business Terminology and Principles to Include Organisational Behaviour and International Marketing

Part 2 Modules:

  1. English for Academic Purpose to include Study Skills in English Oral presentation

Each module will develop their skills in independent learning and prepare them for the intensive study required for a Master's degree. Students will be taught in small classes by highly qualified English language and business English teachers and they will experience tutorials, seminars and lectures, which is an integral part of every degree course at the College. Each module will be assessed by coursework (such as essays and reports) as well as class presentations, both individually and in groups. Students will also be assessed on both listening and speaking skills.

Course Requirement:

Any students holding a graduate degree from overseas and willing to continue to Masters Level are eligible to take admission in MQP. Equivalent diploma holders and relevant experience will also be counted for.
