ENCTS Reimbursement Calculator Training

Following the introduction of the updated ENCTS Reimbursement calculator and guidance, this online training session has been organised in collaboration with our consultants SYSTRA and Frontier Economics. 

The SYSTRA-led team has undertaken a comprehensive review and update of several aspects of the reimbursement process, so that operators continue to be reimbursed for their carriage of eligible passengers on a “no better no worse off” basis.  A revised calculator and accompanying updated guidance has also been developed to assist TCAs and bus operators in calculating their reimbursement payments.  The calculator is an update of the previous tool that includes several changes and additions.   

As this update has led to major changes in the reimbursement tool, we are organising a training session using worked examples to demonstrate its use and improve the confidence of TCA officers and bus operator managers when using the calculator. The session will be delivered by SYSTRA and Frontier Economics and will cover:

·        Questions and Answers
